Former Hearts of Oak Managing Director Neil Armstrong Mortagbe has urged all stakeholders of the club to support Mark Noonan to succeed at the club.
The American Marketing guru was handed a three-year mandate by the Executive chairman of the club, Togbe Afede XIV to steer the club to greater heights.
And according to the former FIFA marketing consultant, every member of the Phobian fraternity must throw his weight behind Noonan to his set targets at his new post.
"Bringing on board Mark Noonan has brought hope to the Phobian fraternity and once again Hearts of Oak has set the pace which is history in the premier league," Armstrong told Oyerepa FM.
“I was excited when I heard the news, this is unprecedented and I call on all and sundry to support the white man, so we raise the flag of Hearts of Oak high."
