Azam FC new signing Yahaya Mohammed admits he's in the dark over the quality of the Tanzanian Premier League.

The 28-year-old completed a two-year deal with the Ice Cream Makers on Wednesday from Ghanaian side Aduana Stars.

Mohammed joined on a deal reported to be in the region of $100,000.

But he has revealed he has no idea about the quality of the Tanzanian top-flight.

"At the moment, I do not know anything about Tanzanian football," he told the club's official website

"In Ghana no television station shows the league here, but now I am member of the Azam family.

"It's not a problem for me because as a player I can play anywhere.
