Premier League qualification is not the main pre-requisite for newly appointed BA Stars Ceo, Charles Kwadwo Ntim.

Ntim, popularly known as Micky Charles was handed the appointment last week by the club's board but contrary to instinctive expectations of Premier League qualification, he says nurturing talents to become big stars in future will be his focus.

"Our mission is to play in the Division One League and nurture players in the region for them to achieve their dreams," the seasoned sports journalist told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"We would mainly like to offer the platform of budding talents to realize their dreams but during that process if Premier League qualification comes, we'll gladly accept it but is not our main focus."

BA Stars got relegated at the end of the last Premier League campaign - something it has been accustomed to which has now earned them the accolade, 'The yo-yo club".
