New Edubiase United are backing AshantiGold to beat Algerian side MO Bejaia on Sunday in their CAF Champions League qualifier.
A statement read: "As you embark on another quest to bring the African Champions League trophy as the Champions of Africa, the management of New Edubiase United Football Club writes to you the best of luck.
"It is our prayer that on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium, you excel very well and lift the flag of Ghana so high so that second leg match at Algeria become only academic."
New Edubiase United have a lot in common with their Adansi rivals and also use the Len Clay Stadium as their adopted home ground in the Ghana Premier League.
