New Edubiase prodigy Latif Anabila returns home after successful AIK Stockholm trial

Promising midfielder Latif Anabila returned to Ghana on Friday night after impressing Swedish giants AIK Stockholm.

The New Edubiase United player arrived in Sweden early this month for an observation exercise.

Anabila played in some friendlies including the friendly win over Assyriska.

The 18-year-old awed scouts of AIK at the 2015 All Africa Games in Brazzaville, Congo where he played for Ghana’s U23.

Anabila scored two goals in 23 appearances and his superb volley against Hearts of Oak in Obuasi was rated the best goal of the season.

He was named the Most Promising Player for last season's Ghana Premier League.
