Newly appointed coach of Real Tamale United Carlos Alberto has called for unity in helping the side out of its current predicaments.

The Pride of the North are rooted at the bottom of the Premier League and are still in search of their first victory on their return to the Ghanaian top flight.

RTU are the bookies favourite as the first team to get relegated but Alberto believes the declining trend can be reversed with an all-hands-on-deck approach.

“I believe RTU will do their best in trying to come to their way up,” he told Kumasi-based Fox FM.

“It is a progressive restructuring of the club and I believe my ideas will support their orientation.

“But again it is a process, a process that needs the support of every member to make things happen.

“The ideas and projections of where we want to go as a club are pretty much straight forward.”

RTU will be hoping to get their resurrection campaign up and running as they host Amidaus Professionals in Kumasi following their home ban on Saturday.
