NINE Ghanaians named in CAF Standing Committees; MNS Doe appointed member of Club Licensing System

Several leading members of the Ghana Football Association have been named standing committees of CAF, the continent’s football governing body announced on Tuesday.

They will join Kwesi Nyantakyi who will serve on four different committees including being President for the Committee for Fair Play and Social Responsibility.

Ghana FA vice president Fred Crenstil has been named for the influential Organising Committee for African Nations Championship (CHAN).

Black Stars management committee chairman and Ghana FA Executive Committee member George Afriyie will work on the powerful Marketing and TV Committee.

Liberty Professionals chairman Felix Ansong will help shape women's football in Africa on the Women's Football committee.

Ex-Ghana FA boss Alhaji Jawula will continue to work on the Inter Clubs Organising Committee.

Ghana FA technical director Francis Oti-Akenteng was named for the Technical and Development Committee.

Central Region FA chairman Mathew Narh S. Doe has been listed on the Committee for Management for CAF Club Licensing System.

Justice Anim Yeboah has been named on the Disciplinary Board and ex-Ghana FA General Secretary Worlanyo Agrah is a member of the Committee for Legal Affairs.
