Norwegian side SK Brann sign Kennedy Ashia on six-month loan deal
Kennedy Ashia has signed for Norwegian side.

Norwegian top-flight side SK Brann have signed Ghana youth international Kennedy Ashia on a six-month loan deal, the club have confirmed.

Brann have the first option to sign the offensive midfielder from Liberty Professionals.

The 20-year-old is expected to in Bergen this week to finalize his transfer from the Ghana Premier League side.

Ashia has five months to prove himself to earn a permanent deal from the Tippeligaen side.

"He's an exciting player with attacking skills who did well in the U20 World Cup. He's quick on his feet and has international skills,'' SK Brann head coach Rune Skarsfjord said.

"He'll stay until Christmas, and then we'll decide if we want to keep him, or if we should focus on our local talents.

"So he needs to try something extraordinary if he's to stay further on."
