Kwasi Nyantakyi has assured Ghana will not be cheated at the U-17 level with the introduction of the MRI system.

Teams are to present the MRI films of players in order to participate in the African Cup qualifiers.

The new policy has seen some countries withdraw from the competition due to their inability to produce MRI films of their players.

There have however been concerns in the Ghana U-17 camp over the aherence of the new regulation to ensure a level playing ground.

And the Ghana FA boss who also serves on the CAF Executive Committee meeting has assured the strict enforcement of the new policy.

“No country can participate without the MRI, the position of the CAF Executive Committee is that no MRI films, no participation,”

“Teams are pulling out because of the introduction of the MRI.

“So it is not possible we have done it and we go and play a country that has not done it.”

Ghana will face South Africa in its first qualifying round for the African Cup later this month.
