French giants Olympique Marseille have regrouped for pre-season under new boss Marcelo Bielsa without Ghana World Cup pair Jordan and Andre Ayew. 

The brothers have been given extra time for holiday after playing for Ghana at the 2014 World Cup and are expected to rejoin their colleagues next week.

Marseille stars who were not involved in the World Cup include Andre-Pierre Gignac have been preparing feverishly under the new manager to seal their places in the squad.

French-born Ghanaian attacker Kevin Osei is also with the group.

With reports linking winger Andre Ayew to English pair Liverpool and Manchester United, the new manager would be tee up his squad with the Ghana international not featuring strong in his plans.

Andre's younger brother Jordan, who spent second half of the season at relegated Sochaux has reportedly been told he is surplus to requirement is looking for a new club with Lille and Nice monitoring his condition.

However, the young striker who played in all three of Ghana's World Cup games will travel to France to train with the squad before a decision is reached on his future.
