Asante Kotoko AG CEO Opoku Nti says the club will look to bring in a new striker at the end of the season.
The club legend believes what the team lacks is a prolific striker to make them an invincible side.
Kotoko suffered elimination from the CAF Champions League at the hands of debutants Barrack Young Controllers.
“We need a striker who can score a goal from two chances,” Nti said on Angel FM.
“We need some good strikers to cushion our team in other for the team to put up a better performance in both local and international competitions.
“We are in the process of searching for a prolific striker be it local or foreign.’’
Kotoko have a nine-point lead at the top of the Ghana Premier League table and on the verge of winning a third successive title.
