Defender Seth Owusu has hailed the training methods of Hearts of Oak coach CK Akunnor.

The 21-year-old joined the Phobians from Medeama in the post-season and is already impressed with the impact being made by the ex Ghana captain at training.

“He has been a footballer before so all his training has been in order,” Owusu told Takoradi-based Melody FM.

“We have been doing some tactical play for two weeks now and I think he is a very good coach this season for Hearts of Oak.”

The Hearts of Oak team are currently in residential camp in Sekondi following two-weeks of physical exercises in Accra.

The Phobians aim to wrestle back the Premier League trophy they last won in 2009 this term from rivals Asante Kotoko.
