Former GHALCA Executive Council member Kofi Poku says he and past executives do not deserve ex gratia.
"GHALCA is a body that represents the welfare of the clubs, but what have we done improve the clubs to deserve ex-gratia?," Poku told Happy FM.
"We came to serve GHALCA and that is how it should remain. Had we invested resources into the association, I wouldn't have a problem if they are thanking me with something go home with, but we didn't do that.
"I think running the associations should not be down to what we will gain in terms of money. The GFA paid ExCo members ex gratia doesn't mean GHALCA should follow same path."
Poku served under the Alhaji Raji-led administration.
