Right-back Kasim Nuhu sat on the Real Mallorca bench in their 1-1 draw with ten-man Lugo on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Razak Nuhu manned the post for Cordoba in their 1-1 draw at Tenerife.

Feyenoord Rotterdam recorded a massive 5-0 win over FC Twente. Manchester City loanee Thomas Agyepong played the entire game for Twente but Shadrach Eghan was axed from the Twente squad for the game.

German-born Ghanaian defender Marcel Appiah returned from injury to play for NEC Nijmegen in their 1-0 win over FC Utrecht. Youngster Rodney Antwi failed to make the Utrecht squad for the game.

Both Richmond Boakye-Yiadom and Edwin Gyasi played the entire 90 minutes of the game for Roda JC when they were condemned to a 5-0 home loss against PEC Zwolle.

Defender Johan Kappelhof was shifted to a defensive midfield role for FC Groningen as they won 2-1 at De Graafschap. He played the entire minutes of the game.

Defender Nana Akwasi Asare impressed in defence for KAA Gent when they condemned Westerlo to a 5-0 defeat. Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Mitch Apau played at right-back for Westerlo.

Lierse SK squeezed out a point from Lommel United after holding them to a 0-0 draw. None of the eight Ghanaian Sasah Akwasi, Richard Manu, Bernard Amponsah, Charles Kwarteng, Emmanuel Nyarko, Emmanuel Annor and Yakubu Issahaku as well as Charles Ankomah failed to make the Lierse squad for the game.

CYPRUS

Former Black Stars striker Chris Dickson was in full time action for Paralimni in their 2-1 win over Achnas in the Division One on Saturday.

Elsewhere Ermis and Doxa played out a pulsating 2-2 draw on Sunday. Former Inter Allies forward Ulyss Ndong was booked and played the entire game for Ermis but Mustapha Quanyor was unused as he warmed the bench.

Defender Razak Nuhu returned from suspension but did not play for Anorthosis Famagusta in their 2-0 away win over APOEL Nicosia.

CZECH REPUBLIC

Striker Francis Narh was booked in the 34th minute and played the entire duration of the game for Banik Ostrava in their 3-1 away loss at Bohemians 1905. While he was playing full throttle his compatriot Derrick Mensah failed to make the squad for the game.

Slovan Liberec posted a 1-0 win over Sparta Prague. There was no Isaac Sackey in the Liberec team but Dutch-born Kevin Luckassen came off the bench to play for Liberec.

GREECE

Dundee FC managed to hold Heart of Midlothian to a 1-1 draw at the Tynecastle Stadium. Ghanaian midfielder Prince Buaben played 66 minutes for Heart before he was replaced.

In other games, Partick Thistle posted a 2-1 win over Inverness. Ghanaian midfielder Abdul Osman captained Thistle to the victory.

Former Sogakope Red Bulls midfielder Samuel Owusu assisted the opening goal for Surdulica in their 1-1 draw with Rad Beograd on Saturday. Striker Suraka Zakaria came off the bench to play for Surdulica.

Ghana international defender Jerry Akaminko played in central defence for Eskisehirspor in their 3-2 loss at Konyaspor on Sunday.

Suspended Black Stars midfielder Sulley Muntari returned from injury to play the entire minutes for the game for Al Ittihad Jeddah but they slipped to a 3-0 home loss against Al Ahli.

USA

Columbus Crew edge closer to championship after posting a 2-0 win over New York Red Bulls. Black Stars defender Harrison Afful played 89 minutes for Crew while Lloyd Sam also featured for Red Bulls.

Adam Kwarasey manned the post for Portland Timbers in their 3-1 home win over FC Dallas in the Western Conference final on Sunday night.
