The Ghana Football Association (GFA) held its Ordinary Congress at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Pampram.
Stakeholders of the sport reviewed the activity report for the just ended football campaign which included media rights deal with START-TIMES and ushered in new season, likely to start next year.
Sports Minister Nii Lante Vanderpuye failed to attend but Chief Director of the Ministry addressed the gathering.
The congress is in accordance with Article 23.3.1 of the GFA Statutes, which states that, "The GFA Congress shall meet in ordinary session once every football season, normally before the commencement of the season.
