Asante Kotoko's FirsTrust G6 squad.

Asante Kotoko have been tasked to move out from bottom of the league log by the club’s Life Patron His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Ashanti King, who visited the players at training on Tuesday.

They face Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday with only one option available- a win at all cost.

Injured goalkeeper Felix Annan started slight training this week and is out of the epic encounter this Sunday.

He has been out for about two months since picking up the injury on match day one.

Interim coach Michael Osei will lead the team for the first time this season after head coach David Duncan was asked to step aside following their 1-0  defeat at Aduana Stars last week.

Liberty Professionals have plans of deepening the woes of Kotoko with a great motivation from their 5-1 heavy defeat imposed on league champions Ashanti Gold SC last Sunday at the Carl Reindorf Park.

The Scientific Soccer Lads go into the game with right back Michael Ampadu sidelined through a slight injury.
