Rabiu Mohammed debuts for Evian TG

Ghana youth international Rabiu Mohammed made his debut for French Ligue 2 side Evian Thonon Gaillard FC as a second-half substitute in a 0-0 home draw with Angers on Friday night.

The midfielder came off the bench in the 74th minute but could help Evian secure maximum points and slipped to 5th place on the log sheet.

The 2009 Fifa Under-20 World Cup winner signed a loan deal in the summer after passing a five-day trial but minor injuries and paperwork delayed his first competitive action.

The 20-year-old moved from Italian club Udinese where a starting place was not guaranteed because of the presence of many foreign players.
