Raja Casablanca defender Awal Mohammed has lauded the capture of fellow Ghanaian Yakubu Mohammed from Ashanti Gold football club.
Yakubu, signed a three year contract with Raja Casablanca after passing a medical on Thursdays in Casablanca. The Ghanaian has scored 11 goals this season for AshGold and assisted a further 5.
Ghana defender Awal Mohammed who joined the Green Castle earlier in the summer says Yakubu would add needed goals to the team.
“Yakubu is a striker I know very well and I am delighted he has decided to join us,†Awal said
“He would add goals and help the team in the direction which we want to goal.â€
