Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah has confirmed he received an offer to join Osasuna before finally taking the decision to return to Cordoba.

The 28-year-old sealed a return to the club having excelled at Mirandes.

Brimah during this period has worked his way into becoming the first choice goalkeeper of the Black Stars and helped the side clinch silver at the 2015 AFCON.

The ex FC Nania shot-stopper joined the first team of Cordoba as a free agent after terminating his contract with Mirandes at the end of the last campaign.

He has since expressed his excitement at his return to the club but revealed he almost joined Osasuna.

"I always wanted to come back and thank God, they [Cordoba] called me,” he said.

“I’m so I'm happy to be here again. I had done with another team from the north (Osasuna), but when I was called, I did not think twice to come here."
