Referee Vincent Otoo returns from a four-week suspension to handle Medeama SC and Heart of Lions at the Essipong stadium in Sunday's late kick-off.

Otoo was part of the first batch of match officials who were slapped with varied suspensions on the opening day of the Ghana Premier league for poor officiating.

He paid the price for his failure to keep pace with the game between Kotoko and Tema Youth at the Tema stadium which resulted in his inability to award Kotoko a penalty.

He will be the fourth official for the crucial game at Essipong.

Referee Samuel Gyasi will be in the thick of affairs with assistants from F.D Ocansey and Bernard Asare.
