Barrack Young Controllers captain Francis Jallabah insists his side maintain their full respect for Asante Kotoko but are not afraid to beat them.
The Liberian club are in Ghana to face the Ghanaian giants in the first leg of the opening CAF Champions League preliminary round.
BYC are the reigning champions of Liberia but do not have the same clout their Ghanaian opponentââ¬â¢s have in African club football.
Kotoko remain one of the most respected sides in Africa despite their poor showing on in recent years.
But the BYC captain says his side remain respectful of the Porcupine Warriors but will not shy away from beating them to advance their own course on Sunday in Kumasi.

Kotoko0 have not played in the group stage of any African club competition in eight years.
They were knocked out at the ultimate qualification stage of last seasonââ¬â¢s Champions League by Algerian club JSM Bejaia.
