Retired Kotoko, Hearts players to clash in historic friendly on August 31

Retired Kotoko and Hearts players will meet in the second leg tie of the oldies game between the two giants of Ghana football on August 31.

The two sides played out a pulsating 0-0 draw during the  first leg tie played at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.

The two sides will clash again at the Accra sports stadium with the two teams keen to record a win.

Hearts will parade former stars including Emmanuel Armah "Senegal", Sam "Foyoo" Johnson, Jacob Nettey, Ishmael Addo, Amankwaah Mireku, Yaw Preko, Joe Addo and Ablade Kumah.

Kotoko on the other hand will assemble a crack which includes Kofi Abbrey, Prince Polley, Mohammed Odoom, Frimpong Manso, Odartey Lamptey, Isaac Kwakye, Isaac Boakye, Olli Rahman, Godwin Ablorddey, Gariba Ibrahim and Hamza Mohammed among others.

The historic friendly is being played to raise funds for charity.
