Ghana defender Baba Rahman welcomed fellow Ghana international Daniel Opare to Augsburg before leaving to join Chelsea.
Opare, joined the German Bundesliga side last week from Portuguese side FC Porto.
The arrival of Opare is viewed as an attempt to soften the blow created by the departure of fellow Ghana international Abdul-Baba Rahman to Chelsea.
It has now emerged that Rahman recieved Opare and made him feel at home before departing to join his new Chelsea team mates.
