REVEALED: Man Utd bid £75M for Muller as Liverpool now keen

Manchester United won't give Liverpool a free run at Bayern Munich striker Thomas Muller.

The Daily Star says United reportedly offered £75m for Muller over the summer.

It was reported United had bid £60m for the World Cup winner.

However, German journalist Christian Falk has tweeted to say their final offer was far higher than expected.

United chief executive Ed Woodward reportedly contacted his Bayern counterpart Karl-Heinz Rummenigge with a final offer worth £75m.

And BILD reports Liverpool are interested in Muller.

Jurgen Klopp is keeping a keen eye on his situation in Munich as he enters fresh contract negotiations with the German giants.
