Hearts of Oak’s Corporate Affairs and Marketing Manager Joe Addo believes Robin Gnange's decision to extend his contract is exciting news for the fans and management.Â
The Hearts captain penned a new contract on Tuesday to extend his stay with Hearts for a few more seasons.
"Robin Gnange is our captain so it is very key that we have him committed to our team," Addo told Accraheartsofoak.com
"Gnange had the option of running out his contract but he chose to stay here; it shows the commitment that the club has done for him, the platform we have given him and he is trying to pay us back by renewing his deal.
"I think it is very, very exciting news for all Hearts fans and also for management especially because we had so much pressure for him to renew his contract.
"It has been a very difficult process for us but at the end he has done it for us."
