Salah contract has no release clause - source

Liverpool will not sell Mohamed Salah this summer under any circumstances, a source has told ESPN FC.

Salah has scored 36 goals in a superb debut season, and hit four in the 5-0 win over Watford on Saturday.

The source said the 25-year-old's five-year Anfield contract does not contain a release clause.

Egypt international Salah has said he is happy on Merseyside and told ESPN Brasil it is his "dream" to help the club win their first Premier League title.

Salah's prolific form following his summer transfer from Roma has seen him break records at Anfield.

He has already scored more goals than any other Liverpool player in their first season, beating Fernando Torres' total of 33 in 2007-08.

Salah's national team coach Hector Cuper said at the start of the year that African Footballer of the Year has the quality to play for Real Madrid.

When that was put to Salah by Spanish outlet Marca in February, he replied: "Why do you think they say these things? I don't have much to say about that. If I have to say something, I'll say I'm happy at Liverpool."
