Samuel Eto to arrive for Stephen Appiah farewell in his own private jet

Cameroon international Samuel Eto will arrive in Ghana on Friday evening in his own private jet for ex-Ghana Stephen Appia’s farewell game.

Eto who now plays his football with Italian side Sampdoria  has assured the former Juventus and Fenebache star that he will arrive on Friday night for the game on Saturday.

Appiah captained Ghana to the world cup in 2006 and played a role as the team finished at the quarter final stage four years later in South Africa.

The 34 year old was also part of the back room staff of the team for their world cup campaign in Brazil.

CEO of primeval enterprise the firm in charge of organizing the farewell game has confirmed Eto will arrive with his private jet.

“Kanu and Okoacha will be arriving with South African legend Aaron Makoena also set to arrive.” Larry Opare Out told eTV Ghana

“Camarounian Samuel Etoo has also confirmed he will arrive with his private jet to help his brother.”

The farewell game is set to come off on Saturday the 27th of June.
