Winger Frank Sarfo Gyamfi is a major doubt for Ghana’s U-20 team’s return encounter with Uganda.

The Black Satellites have to overturn a 3-1 deficit suffered in the first leg last weekend when they host The Hippos in a fortnight likely to be played at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

The former Wa All Stars player is however likely to miss the clash as his new club Maritzburg United have ordered his return.

“I don’t think I will be around to play in the second leg,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“My coach (Ernst Middendorp) has asked me to return and I don’t think he will allow me to come back.”

Gyamfi just signed for the South African club on a three year deal with an option to extend for another two years.

He is expected to join his new teammates by Wednesday to continue with their pre-season exercises.
