Over twenty European scouts will watch Asante Kotoko's second pre-season friendly against Serbian top-flight side Metalac GM on Wednesday at Zlatibor.

Few watched their opening 4-2 defeat to FC Sloda Sevojno on Monday but the number will swell on Wednesday as they take a closer look at players who excelled in the opening game.

Striker Ahmed Toure and the defensive duo Yaw Frimpong and Awal Mohammed are believed to have impressed in their opening match.

Some of the scouts are also keen to look at midfielder Michael Akuffo and striker Nathaniel Asamoah again and today's game could prove crucial for their European ambitions.

Head coach Bogdan Korak is expected to ring few changes to the side that lost the opening game.

The two-time African champions have two more games against FC Borac Cacak and Uefa Europa League campaigners FC Vojvodina.
