Rwanda coach Sellas Tetteh wants to redeem the country's image against Burundi in the 2012 African Nations Cup qualifier on 26 March in Kigali.

The Amavubi Stars lost to Benin and Cote d'Ivoire in the opening matches of Group H and know victory can revive their fading hopes of playing at the finals to be co-hosted by Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

The Ghanaian told Times Sports: "We need to redeem our image by getting a win against Burundi. Burundi will come with a lot of confidence, but Rwandans should also come and support their team such that we could win the game."

A 24 man-team, which was summoned a week ago, joined camp on Monday evening minus Patrick Mutesa Mafisango who is expected to report to camp on Tuesday morning.

France based Elias Uzamukunda who plays for second division outfit AS Cannes will join camp on 20 March, six days before the Burundi clash.

The other two players who have sneaked their way into the team are Abedi Said Makasi and Musanze's impressive midfielder Adolphe Hakundukiza.
