According to AS, Kevin Gameiro would prefer a move to Atletico Madrid over a transfer to Barcelona.
The France forward is wanted by both Spanish clubs after netting 29 times for Sevilla last season.
It has been reported, Gameiro has indicated he is more receptive to a move to Atleti, who have identified the striker as their primary attacking target on the back of Chelsea’s refusal to negotiate the sale of Diego Costa.
Sevilla had initially insisted they would only sell the striker if his €40m buyout clause, but Cadena SER de Sevilla reports Europa League champions have asked Atletico for a fee of €30m plus a further €5m in add-ons.
