Six Ghanaian clubs will participate in the second edition of the Otumfuo charity Foundation Challenge Cup.
Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, AshantiGold, Wa All Stars, Berekum Chelsea and King Faisal have agreed in principle to play in the tournament.
The tournament runs from 24-29 August at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
The winner between King Faisal and All Stars will engage Asante Kotoko in the semi-final.
Hearts of Oak, also seeded, will face either AshantiGold or Berekum Chelsea in the other semi-final match.
