Moroka Swallows chief Leon Prins has dismissed claims they are in search of a new coach, killing off reports of the appointment of Ghanaian coach David Duncan.
The ex Hearts of Oak coach has been linked to a return to South African football where he last coached Free State Stars.
Duncan is currently out of work following his shocking dismissal at Hearts of Oak over a rumoured rift with the clubââ¬â¢s board chairman Togbe Afede XIV.
Swallowsââ¬â¢ Managing Director Leon Prins however insists the club is not looking for a new coach as they are fully focused on their bid to survive relegation.
ââ¬ÅI have heard so many reports about coaches and players joining Swallows, but I would like to put it on record that weââ¬â¢re not talking to any coach or player,â⬠he said.
ââ¬ÅWe are facing a relegation battle and our focus is to survive the drop, so we have put any contract talks on hold until the end of the season.
ââ¬ÅThe only people weââ¬â¢re talking to are the sponsors, and those talks are still ongoing.ââ¬
Moroka Swallows are two places above the drop zone with just two matches to the end of the season.
