SOUTHAMPTON, Puel: \"No exit clause on VAN DIJK, I don\'t want him to leave\"

Interviewed by Daily Mirror and asked about rumours linking Dutch international centre-back Virgil Van Dijk (25) to a winter move, Southampton manager Claude Puel stated: "A 25 million pounds exit clause on him? Not true. I don't want to comment on market speculations on him. Virgil is an important player to my team, and I definitely don't want him to leave". Currently on a deal with Saints until June 2022, former Celtic Glasgow player has been basically linked to most Premier League top clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and Everton.
