Striker Alex Asamoah makes Kotoko return

Striker Alex Asamoah is thrilled to return to Asante Kotoko after completing a short loan spell with South Korean side Gyeongnam FC.

The 24-year-old has agreed a new deal with the Porcupine Warriors for the upcoming season which kick-starts in September.

" I am happy to be back after the loan spell in Korea ended and really looking forward to another career with Asante Kotoko," Asamoah told Ghanasoccernet.com

"My short time in South Korea has given me enough experience to help to bring to bear on the club and hopefully we would reach higher height this term but in the meantime my focus is to help Kotoko do well in the league."

Asamoah was top scorer of at the end of the 2008/2009 Ghana Premier League.
