Striker Mahatma Otoo claims he has turned down offers to stay at Hearts of Oak and hone his talent.

The 19-year-old rejoined Hearts of Oak last season from Tunisian side Esperance where he completed a six month loan spell.

"I went to Tunisia for trials and there have also been interests from South Africa and a couple of African sides. But I want to remain in the local league and improve my form," Otoo said.

"If I will move, it will be Europe and nowhere else," he added.

He is expected to lead the Ghana's Under-23 attack at next month's All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique.
