Liverpool midfielder James Milner has stated that Daniel Sturridge trains at a much higher intensity than Sergio Aguero.
When fit, Sturridge is arguably one of the best strikers in the Premier League and he remains a valuable asset for Liverpool.
Club and country teammate Milner has now gone on to draw similarities between Sturridge and Manchester City star Aguero and has stated that the England international even trains at a much higher intensity than the Argentine superstar.
Milner said: "On Thursday and Friday Aguero's trotting about and then turns it on at the weekend. But Studge is sharp in training, can go both ways and score goals.
"Now he just wants to stay fit and keep scoring goals.
"He's similar to Sergio and we're lucky to have him. Those sorts of players, there aren't too many out there who can create something out of nothing."
