Sulley Muntari hails Stevanovic's tactics

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has lauded the tactics of Goran Stevanovic after qualifying to the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations in style.

The Black Stars beat high flying Sudan 2-0 in Omdurman over the weekend to underline their status as a big favourite to win the biannual competition.

The feat has been largely attributed to the Serbian trainer who has brought an attacking brand since his appointment in January this year.

The Inter Milan player says the 44-year-old deserves massive praise for his work ethic.

"The coach is fantastic and I think he needs commendation for his tactics," Muntari said.

"This is great piece of news for all us because it would have been unthinkable not to have Ghana at the Nations Cup.

"We have our destiny into our own hands because we must try and go step further from where placed the last time in Angola."

Muntari has earned more playing time in the Black Stars under the former Partizan Belgrade trainer.
