Everton captain, playing for Toffees since 2007/08, English international centre-back Phil Jagielka (34), according to Liverpool Echo, has been targeted by Sunderland, with Black Cats manager, David Moyes, willing to work together with him again, after many seasons spent together at Goodison Park. Currently on a deal with Everton until June 2018, Jagielka is a target for West Ham as well.
