Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has declared Ghana World Cup defender Rashid Sumaila is not for sale.
Turkish top-flight side Akhisar Belediyespor are the latest to express interest to signing the centre-back.
Sumaila had a successful debut season for Mamelodi Sundowns where he made 22 appearances in their title winning campaign.
Mosimane expects the 22-year-old to be with the team for a long time to come.
ââ¬ÅIts unimaginable that we will allow our best players leave after winning the league last season,â⬠Mosimane told Ghanaââ¬â¢s leading football website, GHANASoccernet.com
ââ¬ÅWe won the league last season and we are looking to continue from there this season.
ââ¬ÅNobody gets stronger by selling his best players.
ââ¬ÅWe expect everybody including Rashid to join the lads by this coming Wednesday.ââ¬
Sumaila impressed in Ghanaââ¬â¢s 1-0 lost to Holland in pre-World Cup friendly but was an unused substitute at the tournament in Brazil.
