Sports Writers Association of Ghana chief Kwabena Yeboah was left unimpressed with the quality of football exhibited during the country's Super clash involving Hearts an Kotoko on Monday.

The Porcupine Warriors profited from Soulama Abdoulaye's clanger to ease to the memorable win in the capital.

However, despite the record attendance at the Accra sports stadium, SWAG president Kwabena Yeboah was least enthused about the quality of the game.

“In terms of patronage, absolutely incredible. In terms of participation from the crowd incredible, but I think it is an apology of a Kotoko-Hearts game in terms of standard,” he told the media.

“I don’t think there was a particular player who was outstanding, quite an average performance, and Hearts will forever curse their goalkeeper. I thought he had a bad game; it is a game he will easily want to forget, but whoever thought that the Kotoko-Hearts game has lost its magic will have to rethink. It’s been a wonderful game in terms of build-up, in terms of patronage, but the game itself I think the quality was very low.”
