Tema Youth chief Osei charged with improper conduct

Tema Youth Sporting Director Winfred Osei Parma has been charged with an improper conduct after his verbal broadside against referee Cecil Fleisher during their Premier League clash against Berekum Chelsea.

The experienced football administrator was livid with the performance of the centre man and threatened and accused the match officials of taken money from the visitors to cheat them.

Tema Youth coach Prince Owusu has also been charged by the Ghana Football Association for raining insults on the referee for taking bad decisions against his side.

Another official James Lamina has also been cited for  issuing out death threat to  match officials.

The disciplinary committee will begin proceedings against the three officials on Thursday.
