Tema Youth president Winfred Osei insists his club beat the deadline in appealing their case against Dreams FC.
The Tema-based feel they have a genuine case against the Premier League side for fielding an unqualified player during their Division One League campaign two seasons ago.
CAS has ordered the Ghana Football Association to reconstitute an Appeals Committee and re-hear the case but Dreams FC say they will not participate in the arbitration process claiming tthe case was long over.
But Tema Youth argued that they appealed before the 26 October deadline.
"I can confirm to you and your listeners that, Tema Youth has filed our case suit to the Appeals Committee of the FA and we made it on time and we were able to argue our case and we are very confident we will win," Osei told Kumasi-based Angel FM.
