Former Asante Kotoko head coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani has described the league as 'not complete competitive' as the eventual winner was not given proper competition a worthy winner deserves.

According to the Black Princesses coach the competitiveness of the league  was only at the bottom of the table where the clubs were struggling for survival against relegation while it was limited for the title contenders.

"The competitive nature of the league was only seen at the bottom of the table where you have clubs as many as ten competing to escape relegation ", Didi told Ghanasoccernet.com

"At a point in time we had as many as about fourteen clubs competing against the drop. So which club will even fight for the trophy. Am not saying the clubs at the top were not competitive but if you look at the table, their competition was not as strong as those at the bottom", he added.

"Just take a look at the table. We are left with a match to go and AshGold has won the league but each of the clubs from the 6th position to the 15th position can be relegated. So the top has not enjoyed much competition but the down clubs have".

Didi Dramani parted ways with Asante Kotoko after winning two matches, drawing two and losing four with an infamous loss to Accra Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the first round of the league.
