Tickets for Ghana's international friendly against Canada in Washington next month went on sale in the American capital on Wednesday.

Black Stars fans in the United States and Canada, keen on seeing their favourite players play in the pre-2018 World Cup qualifying friendly, can now buy tickets via the phone or online.

Match organisers TopGlobal LLC have revealed that tickets can be bought by phoning 0012406186420 or visit their website www.topgloballlc.com to make the purchase.

Ghana’s planned friendly with Canada next month will be played in the American capital of Washington and not New Jersey as previously reported.

The Black Stars are planning to play the North American country in next month’s international FIFA friendly date in the United States.

There were reports that the match – scheduled for Tuesday, October 13 – will be played in New Jersey’s Red Bull Arena.

However, the game will be played at the renowned RFK Stadium in Washington.

The venue is the current home of MLS side DC United.

The kick off time is 19.00 (7pm Eastern Standard Time).

Ghana will use the match in preparation for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers which start in November.

The Black Stars will play the winner of the match between Lesotho and Comoros.
