Highest share holder of 2000 CAF Champions League winners Hearts of Oak has challenged his critics to try buying shares in the club rather than sitting on the fence and always passing comments.

“Shouting themselves croaky and hoarse in the name of criticism would not help anybody,” Afede Is quoted by peace fm online

"Me i thinks, they can rather channel that energy into something profitable by investing in the future of the club.”

“Let them come out and buy shares in the club to strengthen its financial base and galvanize it to put up a dazzling performance in the coming season.”

“I will not pour cold water on the efforts of those who are fighting hard to produce the best for the club.”

““Like any human being, I’m open to criticism – but that disapproval should be done constructively, one that would inure to the supreme benefit of the club.”

Togbe Afede became the board chairman of Hearts after purchasing majority of the club’s shares which were floated in 2010.
