Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah says the signing of England goalkeeper Joe Hart is massive for the Serie A outfit.
Hart has joined I Granata on loan from Manchester City where he was down the pecking order.
New manager Pep Guardiola has brought in Claudio Bravo from his former club Barcelona and also rates Wilfredo Caballero above the England number one.
Acquah, who will join his new teammate after the international break, believes Hart will improve their stock this term.
"He has the experience and personality to help us become one of the strongest teams in Serie A. He’s a great addition and he's the sort of goalkeeper every team will like to have," the Ghana international exclusively told GHANASoccernet.com.
"Our season will be great and I can't wait to meet up with him and prepare for our next Serie A match."
Hart joined Manchester City in 2006 but was sent out on loan at lower league sides in England before making a name for himself during the 2010/11 Premier League season.
He has played 348 games in all competitions for City since joining them, keeping 137 clean sheet.
