According to The Sun, Tottenham management are planning to submit Galatasaray a 10 million euros bid in order to sign Portuguese Under-21 international winger/half-forward Bruma (22). Former Real Sociedad and Sporting Lisbon player is currently on a deal with Turkish giants until June 2018.
