The playmaker is high on the list of potential targets as they look to replace the legendary Iniesta, who is set to walk away from the club at the end of the season. Don Balon say Barcelona will move for Eriksen this summer, though Real Madrid have also been linked.

Xherdan Shaqiri to Everton

Even if Stoke are relegated, Shaqiri could still find himself lining up in the Premier League next season. A host of clubs are tracking the Swiss maestro, with Everton leading a race that also includes Crystal Palace and West Ham. Calciomercato reports that Shaqiri, who has a contract until 2020 with Stoke, will leave should they go down and would prefer to remain in England.

Ryan Fredericks to Arsenal

Arsene Wenger's future at Arsenal may be unclear, but he's already planning ahead for next season. The Sun claim Fulham full-back Fredericks is being identified as cover at right-back, with Hector Bellerin falling out of form and still linked with a move away from the Emirates. The Fulham man has impressed at the Championship promotion chasers, and his deal expires in the summer. Fredericks also spent time at the academy of North London rivals Tottenham Hotspurs as a youngster.

Demarai Gray to Tottenham

Spurs will dip back into market this summer for a long-term target as they eye exciting Leicester winger Gray. There was plenty of interest in the 21-year-old last summer, and the same is expected once again as Tottenham will come calling. ESPN FC report England under-21 international Gray is considering his future after being unable to hold down a regular first-team spot, and Mauricio Pochettino's record of working with young English talent holds great appeal for the wideman.

Jack Wilshere to Wolves

Wolves are looking to celebrate their recent promotion to the Premier League with a shock move for England international Wilshere. The Arsenal midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and although negotiations between the two parties over extending his Emirates stay have been, a deal is no closer to being signed. Wolves, who clinched promotion last weekend, could look to capitalise according to the Daily Mail, with Arsenal only prepared to offer the 26-year-old a new deal on reduced terms. Wilshere is unwilling to settle for less than he currently earns.
