Eden Hazard to Real Madrid

Long-term Real Madrid target Hazard has fuelled speculation over a potential move to the Bernabeu by admitting he would relish the opportunity to work under coach Zinedine Zidane. The Belgian insists he is happy at Chelsea but admitted it is a "dream" to play for the Frenchman, who has guided Real to back-to-back Champions League titles during his time in charge. Hazard is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2020.

Mauro Icardi to Chelsea

Chelsea are thought to be one of many clubs interested in making a move for Inter Milan striker Icardi. The Argentina international, 24, has been in excellent form in Serie A this season, scoring 11 goals in 12 games including a hat trick in the derby against AC Milan. He has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, who are wary that Robert Lewandowski may exit for Real Madrid. However, Chelsea are also admirers of the Nerazzurri captain, who has a £98 million release clause in his contract and are keen to further bolster their striking options after the arrival of Alvaro Morata in the summer.

Harry Arter to West Ham

The Mirror reports that west Ham manager David Moyes wants to sign Bournemouth midfielder Arter. The Scottish boss will have funds available to him in January and has identified the Republic of Ireland international midfielder as a prime target. Arter, 27, has earned a reputation as one of the hardest-working players in the Premier League and Moyes believes his tenacity and combative nature could be a real asset. The coach is also considering selling Marko Arnautovic and may reignite interest in Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho.

Harry Cochrane to Rangers

Hearts wonderkid Cochrane has emerged as a Rangers target. The 16-year-old has impressed since making his senior debut in September and is being tracked by Rangers, who are looking to rebuild after sacking Pedro Caixinha two weeks ago. Cochrane is also wanted by Championship side Leeds United. But Rangers are keen to keep the midfielder in Scotland, especially after losing the highly rated Billy Gilmour to Chelsea in the summer.

Javier Mascherano to Liverpool

Rumours continue to swirl that Mascherano could make a surprise return to Anfield. Reports this week suggested that Lionel Messi fears his Barcelona teammate will leave the Camp Nou at the end of the season. The 33-year-old will be out of contract in June and speculation has intensified he will return to Anfield. Mascherano was a popular figure during his three-and-a-half years on Merseyside before joining Barcelona in 2010. His return would certainly offer Jurgen Klopp plenty of experience as the former West Ham man is comfortable operating in either the holding role or at the heart of defence.
